This club is for Track and Field AND other sports where athletes would like to improve speed, strenghth, and explosiveness. The age group is for high school athletes from any school and, new this year, junior high athletes with prior approval from the club president. Please contact Vic at coachvic68@yahoo.com
Some athletes will be preparing for the USATF indoor winter track season while others will be preparing for basketball, soccer, girl's flag football.

One of the primary objectives of the NorCal ELITE Club is to be a complement to our existing local school programs. We offer "off-season" ELITE training to ALL Sonoma County area track & field athletes, regardless of their event or what school they attend.
